Per Dan Hughson we are scheduled for an EA degree on Jun 24th start time 7PM. Unless something changes.
For all the new officers will have a practice for openings and closing regular lodge and lodge of sorrow as well as the installation ceremony on July 8th 7PM this will last about 1.5 hrs to cover all the info please mark your calendar. Also, I will be sending out invitation for the installation on July 19th @3PM officers need to be there by 1:45PM. I will be having a catered BBQ dinner after the meeting, please ask your families to attend. Please wear a dark suit and tie for the installation.

Installation of officers will be at the stated meeting June 5, 2008. We will open in short form and then proceed as quickly as possible to the installation. This is a very important time and your presence is important.

To OES members:
Well the school of instruction was a hugh success. We had the largest attendance of all schools, almost 300 attendees. The Grand Worth Matron recognized Midlothian Chapter two different times during her presentations. Stating that we were the ones to follow with our 15 new members. I was very proud to stand up as your WM and receive that praise for the GWM. There were 100 members that earned their "A" certificate. Including our own, Ladonna Stevens, Brenda Tucker and Dennis Tucker. Of course Ladonna was the big hit being that she has only been a member for a few months. Next year we will have many more and lead the charge again.
We have a lot on our plates: the Initiation, the garage sale and the golf tournament coming up and everyone needs to help out. I will have more info at the stated meeting and everyone needs to help us make our fundraisers successful so remember the following dates:
- March 6 Stated meeting
- March 27 Initiation degree for three new members
- April 3 Stated meeting
- May 1 Stated meeting
- May 3 Chapter garage sale
- MAY 17 Golf Tournament in Lancaster

Brethren, we are once more conferring degrees. At the present time we are involved with FC and MM degrees. If you would like to participate, show up on Tuesdays for work. Come and enjoy.
